Your adventure begins after meeting your experienced and certified instructor at the departure point in Ballstad. After you and your group (a maximum of 8 participants) put on your wet suit and life jacket, you will receive a safety briefing, followed by an introduction to kayaking and paddling techniques. You'll be navigating the Lofoten waters with confidence in no time, taking in the impressive mountainous panorama as you go. Don't forget to keep a lookout for birds, otters, and fish as you paddle. Participants must already know how to swim in order to participate in this activity.
Special terms
Please note that in the summer months, you will be provided with a wet suit or a freediving suit. However, all participants wear a swimsuit underneath.
All participants under 150 cm (4'9'') are provided with 7mm AquaLung wet suits or 7 mm freediving suits.
